The Sewer-jetter is an important tool in our arsenal. It directs pressurized water (ranging from 1000 psi to 4000 psi at 4 to
25 gallons per minute) through various nozzles. This tool is proficient at removing sediments, grease, sludge and debris from
drainage pipes ranging from 1 ½" to 12" diameter. The pressurized water dislodges the stoppages or buildups and flushes
them down and out of the system. With specific nozzles for a wide range of tasks, we can tailor the nozzle to meet your needs.

The combined sewer camera/locater gives us the crucial ability to visually inspect the conditions inside the drain
pipe.Using either a push rod or a combined jet/cam we can transport the camera through your drainpipe. With the ability to
record (DVD) and locate our findings we can get a true picture of current conditions and develop a quality strategy for the
best remedy. Whether it's a new home inspection, possible damaged sewer or combined camera/cleaning we believe the
sewer camera/ locater is key to providing effective drainage management.
From bathtub to mainline sewers, many times the old fashioned snake is the best option. Nothing removes roots more
efficiently from your sewer. Cables handle kitchen drains, laundry drains and floor drains as well. For greasy or sludge
packed drains we combine our snake cleaning with a powerful, but safe, liquid degreaser for even greater effectiveness. Ask
about our preventive maintenance plans to handle reoccurring problem drains with roots.
Many homes and commercial settings are plagued with a rotten egg odor that typically emanates from the sewer system.
The smell is caused by a condition in the drainage system where sewer gas is being vented within the building rather than
out through the vent pipes. Numerous reasons may be at fault ranging from improper venting, cracks or holes in vent pipes,
loose toilet-to-floor unions, the list goes on. These problems are easy to find with the smoke test. We block portions of the
drainage system then use a procedure to pump non-toxic liquid smoke into the drain vents. With nowhere for the smoke to
go, it quickly surcharges the vent pipe forcing it's way through any crack, hole, bad seal or missing fitting and out indicating
the foul odor source. From there we can correct the problem by removing the culprit, repairing the cracks, replacing the seal,
etc.
