John - CEO & Drain Technician
Co-founded RMSJ in 1994 with wife Holly and high school pal, Art. John moved to Colorado from Niagara Falls, New York in 1986. John has over 30 years’ experience in the plumbing & drain cleaning industry. Prior to starting RMSJ he worked with a national plumbing franchise for 6 years, starting as a service tech and finishing as operations manager. John saw a niche in the market that was not being adequately served, and in 1993 co-founded RMSJ. He oversees the technical end of RMSJ, specializing in smoke / odor testing, Jetting, Camera inspection, and plumbing repairs.
When not working John enjoys his family, sports (especially his Buffalo Bills!), coaching, banging the drums and the great outdoors.
Art -VP of Operations & Service Support
Co-founder of RMSJ with John and Holly, Art moved from Niagara Falls, New York to Colorado in 1984. While in New York, Art received his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelor’s Degree in Associates of Applied Science.
He has over 18 years of plumbing experience and now acts as our educational liaison, project estimator. Art is responsible for day to day operations including talking to customers over the phone to help them trouble shoot their problem, teaching educational workshops to property maintenance techs on site and the supervision of our highly skilled technicians.
Outside of work Artie enjoys playing golf, cooking and spending time with his wife and two kids. Art is also an avid Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan, showing true dedication to his teams!
Holly - Business & Project Manager
Holly is a founding part of the RMSJ team, formed in 1994, along with Art & John. Holly has a BS degree in Computer & Management Science, and brings a strong business and strategic planning background to RMSJ. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the office and office staff. This entails multiple facets of the operations; including payroll, accounting, marketing, human resources, and benefits administration. Her philosophy is to surround herself with quality people that have amazing professional backgrounds and work together as a great team.
RMSJ is a small, family-owned company, and she strives to implement corporate policies which honor that fact and put emphasis on employee’s needs to balance both work and home/family life.
When not working, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids and dog, traveling, yoga, kickboxing, skiing, and experiencing the beautiful outdoors that Colorado has to offer. She is on the board of directors for the Easter Ave HOA Condominium Complex.
Vicky - Accountant
Prior to joining the RMSJ team, Vicky was an accounting supervisor for the Department of Defense and the Department of the Treasury for 17 years.
Outside of work, Vicky enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, and going to any tropical place.
Stevie - Office Assistant / Bookkeeper
Before joining RMSJ, Stevie had been in bookkeeping and business management. She recently went back to school for her associate and bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in accounting.
When she is not at work she loves to be around her family, 3 kids & a pug. She loves to attend church, make crafts & read old classic books.
